1. The automatic fire alarm system should be equipped with automatic and manual trigger alarm devices. The system should have the functions of automatic fire detection alarm or manual auxiliary alarm, emergency start of related system equipment and receiving its action feedback signal.

2. All equipment of the automatic fire alarm system shall have compatible communication interfaces and communication protocols.

3 The division of the fire alarm area shall meet the working requirements of the linkage control of the relevant controlled systems, and the division of the fire detection area shall meet the working requirements of determining the fire alarm location.

4. A bus short-circuit isolator should be installed on the bus of the automatic fire alarm system. The total number of fire detectors, manual fire alarm buttons and modules protected by each bus short-circuit isolator should not exceed 32 points. The bus short-circuit isolator should be installed at the place where the bus passes through the fire compartment.

5. The automatic fire alarm system should be equipped with fire sound and light alarms, and the fire sound and light alarms should meet the following requirements:

①The setting of fire sound and light alarms should meet the requirements for personnel to receive fire alarm signals in a timely manner. The sound pressure level of fire alarms in each alarm area should be 15dB higher than the background noise and not lower than 60dB;

②After confirming the fire, the system should be able to activate all fire alarms with sound and light;

③The system should start and stop all fire alarms at the same time;

④The fire alarm with voice prompt function should have the function of voice synchronization.

6. The selection of fire detectors should meet the detection and alarm requirements of the initial fire characteristic parameters of the setting place.

7. The setting of the manual fire alarm button should meet the requirements of personnel to call the police quickly, and each fire compartment or floor should be equipped with at least one manual fire alarm button.

8. Except for the fire alarm controller and fire linkage controller set in the fire control room, the fire detectors, manual alarm buttons and modules directly connected to each controller should not cross the refuge floor.

9. Centralized alarm system and control center alarm system should be equipped with fire emergency broadcasting. The multi-purpose public address system with fire emergency broadcasting function shall have the function of forcibly cutting into fire emergency broadcasting.

10. The fire control room shall be equipped with a fire-fighting special telephone switchboard and an external telephone that can directly report fire alarms, and the fire-fighting special telephone network shall be an independent fire-fighting communication system.

11. Fire linkage control shall meet the following requirements:

①For fire-fighting equipment requiring linkage control of the automatic fire alarm system, the linkage trigger signal shall be the “AND” logic combination of the alarm signals of two independent alarm trigger devices;

②The fire linkage controller should be able to send linkage control signals to the relevant controlled equipment according to the set control logic, and accept the linkage feedback signals;

③The characteristic parameters of the interface of the controlled equipment should match the linkage control signal sent by the fire linkage controller.

12. The linkage control module is strictly prohibited to be installed in the power distribution cabinet (box), and the module in one alarm area should not control the equipment in other alarm areas.

13. The combustible gas detection and alarm system should be composed independently, and the combustible gas detector should not be directly connected to the alarm bus of the fire alarm controller.

14. The electrical fire monitoring system should be composed independently, and the setting of electrical fire monitoring detectors should not affect the normal operation of the power supply and distribution system in the place.

15. The automatic fire alarm system should be wired separately, the wires for the same purpose should be of the same color, and the lines of different voltage levels and different current categories in the system should be laid in different wire tubes or in different slots in the same wire slot.

16. The power supply lines and fire-fighting linkage control lines of the automatic fire alarm system should adopt fire-resistant copper wires and cables with a combustion performance not lower than B2, and the transmission lines such as the alarm bus, fire emergency broadcasting and fire-fighting special telephones should use a combustion performance not lower than B2 grade copper core wire and cable.

17. The main power supply of the control and display equipment in the automatic fire alarm system should be directly connected to the fire power supply, and the power plug should not be used.

18. The protection level of automatic fire alarm system equipment should meet the requirements for normal operation under the environmental conditions of the installation site.
