- When the temperature range and relative humidity of the working environment of the fire extinguishing device exceed the range specified above, it should be permanently marked on the obvious part of the fire extinguishing device, and the relevant requirements and test methods should be adjusted accordingly according to the actual range.
Appearance and signs of dry powder fire extinguishing equipment
- The outer surface of the fire extinguishing device should be smooth without obvious mechanical damage or unevenness. The surface coating and plating should be uniform without obvious defects such as flow marks and scratches.
- Clear and durable marks should be set on the obvious parts of the fire extinguishing device
Strength performance of dry powder fire extinguishing device - Storage pressure fire extinguishing device
The stored-pressure fire extinguishing device shall undergo a hydraulic strength test. The test pressure shall be 1.5 times the maximum working pressure of the fire extinguishing device, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5 minutes. All components shall have no defects such as leakage, macroscopic deformation, or damage. - Non-storage pressure fire extinguishing device
The shell of the non-storage-type fire extinguishing device should be free from cracks, deformation, and other damages during spraying.
Sealing of dry powder fire extinguishing equipment

The storage pressure fire extinguishing device shall be subjected to a sealing test, the test pressure shall be 1.1 times the maximum working pressure of the fire extinguishing device, the pressure shall be maintained for 5 minutes, and there shall be no air bubble leakage at each connection part. - Non-storage pressure fire extinguishing device
The non-storage-type fire extinguishing device should have good sealing measures, and there should be no leakage of dry powder fire extinguishing agent during the various tests.
Quality deviation of fire extinguishing agent filling in dry powder fire extinguishing device
The filling quality deviation of the dry powder fire extinguishing agent should be 0%~5% of the nominal filling quality in the fire extinguishing device model.
Anti-seismic performance of dry powder fire extinguishing device

During the test, the fire extinguishing device should not malfunction, and there should be no loose connection, rupture or significant deformation of parts, or fire extinguishing agent leakage; after the test, the pressure loss of the stored pressure fire extinguishing device should not exceed 1.5% of the filling pressure. The injection performance of the device should meet the requirements.
