Installation Precautions

(1) Strict adherence to the "Guidelines for Construction and Acceptance of Automatic Scanning and Positioning Sprinkler Systems" is imperative.
(2) Install the fire extinguishing device and associated components subsequent to pipeline installation, flushing, and testing. Before installation, ensure proper storage, employing appropriate measures to prevent dust, moisture, and corrosion.
(3) Ensure an unobstructed coverage area for the fire extinguishing device to facilitate effective fire detection, positioning, and spraying.
(4) The fire extinguishing device possesses inherent weight. During installation, assess the load-bearing capacity of the pipe network at the installation point. Avoid any potential swaying during fire cannon operation to maintain injection accuracy. Strengthen the pipe network bracket if necessary.
(5) Exercise care while pulling during installation to minimize impact.
(6) When affixing the upper flange of the fire extinguishing device, maintain a level flange face to ensure the main body of the fire extinguishing device hangs vertically downward.
(7) Ensure the cleanliness of the detection component of the fire extinguishing device. Refrain from direct manual wiping of the light-receiving surface of the detection component.
(8) Take caution to avoid impacting the control and detection components of the fire-fighting device during installation to prevent sensor damage. The water outlet and sensor opening of the device should remain unobstructed.
(9) When wall-mounted, mark the limit position on the wall surface, ensuring a distance of ≥400mm between the fire extinguishing device and the wall.
(10) Prior to solenoid valve installation, thoroughly clean the pipeline to prevent debris from obstructing the solenoid valve.
(11) Once the fire extinguishing device and its components are in place, prioritize waterproofing, dustproofing, and safeguarding against collisions.
